Alejandra Barrientos is a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Alejandra specializes in working with teens and adults. Alejandra has experience working with clients with symptoms ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma, and general life stressors and changes. Alejandra’s training includes Evidence Based Practices such as Seeking Safety which help aid with behavioral issues, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and trauma. Alejandra creates a space where teens and adults feel safe to discuss and create change. Alejandra embraces identity and honors the unique experiences that exist within his/hers/ their culture.
